Lead times vary depending on the piece and level of customisation. Most orders are completed within 6 to 8 weeks. A confirmed timescale will be provided before your order is placed.

Yes. Delivery can be arranged within the UK and internationally. Shipping costs are calculated separately according to the destination, dimensions and handling requirements of each piece.

Each piece is made individually. Natural materials and hand-finished surfaces may contain subtle variations in colour, texture and pattern. These are part of the character of the work and make every piece unique.

As most pieces are made to order or customised, returns cannot usually be accepted unless an item arrives damaged or faulty. Any damage must be reported promptly after delivery, with photographs of the item and its packaging. Further details are available in the studio’s full Terms and Conditions upon request.

To enquire about a piece, please contact the studio with the collection name, preferred dimensions, colour or finish, and delivery location. A quotation and estimated lead time will then be provided for approval.
